Our Story

 

Floramo's Restaurant was founded in 1984 by Tommy and Pat Floramo in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Offering home made recipes cooked to order, Floramo's has established itself as a destination where our patrons return again and again for consistent quality and delicious meals. Known for our barbeque, seafood and Italian specialties, we serve a range of cuisine to meet everyone's taste. Tender and juicy, our ribs are prepared in a special way that has coined us the slogan "where the meat falls off the bone". Come in and try one of our homemade meals – we know you will love it!

John Floramo, second generation of ownership at the restaurant carries on the tradition of excellence established by Tommy and Pat. Floramo's offers full service dining in the main dining room, space for large parties at our round tables, a full bar with additional lounge seating and a Keno and lottery lounge. With continued development in Chelsea, Floramo's will remain a dining destination for the people of Boston and the surrounding communities.

Our cooks average ten plus years preparing our specialties to order for you. We take pride in our meals knowing we also make our own sauces and dressings right here in our kitchen.
